This website and our retail services are operated by Abid Jewellers. Throughout the site, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Abid Jewellers. By accessing our site or purchasing jewellery from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here (including Returns, Warranty and Privacy).

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers and contributors of content. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and, where required by law for high‑value transactions, you may be asked to provide valid identification for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.

Our jewellery must not be used for unlawful purposes. We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse of payment instruments or breach of these Terms.

Many items are handcrafted. Minor variations in weight, finish, stone shade, or dimensions are inherent and are not defects.

Metal purity and stone specifications are as described for each product. Hallmarking and gemstone certificates are provided where applicable.

We try to display product colors and finishes as accurately as possible; however, screen settings and lighting can cause differences. Listed weights are approximate and may vary ±0.25g for gold and ±0.05ct for diamonds unless stated otherwise. Final invoice weight prevails.

Gold and gemstone prices fluctuate with international markets. Prices are subject to change until your order is confirmed and payment is received. We may update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Some pieces are made‑to‑order or custom sized. Production timelines typically range from 7–21 business days. Limited editions and natural gemstones are subject to availability. Returns and exchanges follow our Jewellery Return Policy.

We may provide ring‑sizer guides or third‑party measurement tools for convenience only. Sizing results can vary and we do not warrant the accuracy of such tools. For best results, visit our store for professional sizing.

Some certificates (e.g., gemstone grading) and logistics information may link to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.

If you share reviews, testimonials, photos or unboxing content, you grant us a non‑exclusive right to use and share such content for marketing, with credit where feasible. You must own or have rights to the content you submit.

We collect and process personal data to fulfill orders, prevent fraud and provide after‑sales support. High‑value purchases may require KYC verification. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

From time to time there may be typographical errors or omissions related to descriptions, pricing, stone grades, offers, shipping charges or availability. We reserve the right to correct and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

You may not misuse hallmarking certificates, counterfeit our designs, misrepresent appraisals, or use our site for fraudulent chargebacks or unlawful activities.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error‑free. Normal wear (including scratches, dents, or prong loosening) is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered unless explicitly stated in a written warranty.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abid Jewellers, our officers, employees and suppliers from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third‑party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may cancel or refuse orders if payment is not received, if fraud is suspected, or if the item is unavailable. Obligations incurred prior to termination will survive.

These Terms together with order confirmations, invoices and any provided certificates constitute the entire agreement between you and Abid Jewellers regarding your purchase.

These Terms and any separate agreements for our services are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore, Pakistan.
